As a founding member of AOAIO, Paolo can look back on over 30 years of practical experience in consulting and management functions. With his extensive technological and methodological background, he mainly supports our clients in technological and process-oriented issues as well as in the area of IT strategies and IT architectures – of course always taking into account the holistic approach that characterizes AOAIO.

Within AOAIO, he is responsible for the ongoing development of our consulting portfolio in the area of digital transformation and for selected administrative areas.

Paolo loves to be constantly on the move – not only mentally, but also physically, both indoors and outdoors (fitness, yoga, jogging, dog walking, hiking, etc.). He enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters, as well as the pleasurable time with stimulating conversations among good friends.

Tom is the co-founder of AOAIO. After several years in management consulting, Tom focused on his own start-up in the sports industry. In 2015, an exciting M&A project brought him back into contact with consulting and the whole transformation process. Tom specializes in C-level sparring mandates and human transformation.

Within AOAIO, he is mainly responsible for transformation and change and can draw on his extensive experience in the HR environment.

Tom has been happily married since 2004 and enjoys spending his free time on his mountain bike or with a golf club. Fun is rarely neglected and is therefore an important part of the time he spends with friends and enjoying life together.

Michelle has been a valuable member of the AOAIO team since the beginning of 2022. Her focus is on human transformation, working closely with clients to enable sustainable change. Collaboration with Zortify plays a central role in this – an exciting aspect of her daily work. In addition, Michelle drives innovative strategies in the area of business development and supports the growth of the company.

With many years of experience in helping large companies transform their business models through IT solutions, Michelle has gained a crucial insight: Successful transformations are only possible if they are viewed holistically – far beyond purely technical approaches. Her expertise spans various industries and is enriched by her sales perspective.

In her free time, Michelle enjoys sunny days on the golf course, where she appreciates nature and the sporting balance. On rainy days, she likes to immerse herself in the world of exciting books. Regardless of the weather, she enjoys good food with friends and traveling to discover the world.

Anita is passionate about driving innovation and digitalization because she is convinced that technology can bring about real change when combined with people. With over 15 years of experience in the digital transformation of start-ups, SME’s and international corporations, she specializes in corporate development, leadership empowerment, high-performance teams and business psychology. Within AOAIO, Anita is mainly involved in the topics related to Zortify and helps to drive them forward.
Anita also lives her motto “lifelong learning” in her free time. She loves to discover new countries and cultures, enjoys social evenings with friends and brings knowledge and practice together as a lecturer at the HWZ.
