We are AOAIO, a Swiss consulting boutique founded in 2019 by a team of visionary transformation experts, seasoned management consultants, trusted advisors and passionate entrepreneurs – and we are vocal about transformation. AOAIO is the extract of the vowels of the word transformation.
We are not ANY consulting firm. We use all our skills and accumulated experience in working with companies to achieve the greatest impact. In doing so, we look for the most suitable approaches and help our clients overcome even the most unusual challenges to achieve more .

Paolo Küttel
As a founding member of AOAIO, Paolo can look back on over 30 years of practical experience in consulting and management functions. With his extensive technological and methodological background, he mainly supports our clients in technological and process-oriented issues as well as in the area of IT strategies and IT architectures – of course always taking into account the holistic approach that characterizes AOAIO.
Within AOAIO, he is responsible for the ongoing development of our consulting portfolio in the area of digital transformation and for selected administrative areas.
Paolo loves to be constantly on the move – not only mentally, but also physically, both indoors and outdoors (fitness, yoga, jogging, dog walking, hiking, etc.). He enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters, as well as the pleasurable time with stimulating conversations among good friends.
Tom Ritsch
Tom is the co-founder of AOAIO. After several years in management consulting, Tom focused on his own start-up in the sports industry. In 2015, an exciting M&A project brought him back into contact with consulting and the whole transformation process. Tom specializes in C-level sparring mandates and human transformation.
Within AOAIO, he is mainly responsible for transformation and change and can draw on his extensive experience in the HR environment.
Tom has been happily married since 2004 and enjoys spending his free time on his mountain bike or with a golf club. Fun is rarely neglected and is therefore an important part of the time he spends with friends and enjoying life together.
